Live and Work with More Ease and Grace
People come to coaching for a multitude of reasons. You may decide to work with a coach to achieve something big (go for a promotion, start a business, change careers), overcome a troublesome behavior or unsupportive narrative that keeps you stuck (chronic procrastination, saying yes when you really mean no), or create something for yourself that’s previously been out of your reach (write a book).
Whatever your reason for coming to coaching, I’m passionate and devoted to helping you create the life of your dreams. To tap into your bigger vision for your life and let go of whatever it is that’s keeping you stuck or spinning your wheels so that you can live your life and achieve what you want.
My superpower is helping clients do the deep thinking needed to make significant, lasting changes. Stay focused – even through times of tremendous turmoil – and continue making progress towards their most important goals while living lives of intention, joy, and creativity.
When I connected with Erin, I was overwhelmed with many transitions and new responsibilities at work and home. I was becoming a new mom, taking on new leadership roles in my job, and I was beginning the middle part of my career. I was entering uncharted territory. Erin helped me take ownership of my leadership capacity and my time. She continues to equip me to navigate not only emergent challenges of my daily responsibilities, but also to chart a real and tangible path to recognizing and achieving my greatest dreams.

As a coach, I support passionate, creative, and heart-centered entrepreneurs, professionals, and academics to achieve success with ease and grace. My mission is to help women overcome the fear and self-doubt that can keep them stuck, embrace their brilliance, and fully engage in their lives and work.
My clients are committed and dedicated to their own learning, growth, and development. They want more for themselves but don’t always know how to get it. And they take their goals and what they want for their life seriously – but don’t take themselves too seriously.
I also work with organizations committed to the growth and development of their employees through workshops, seminars, webinars, and team/individual coaching.

Erin challenged me with valuable questions and considerations during a crucial time in my career as I was pivoting from one opportunity to another. The observations and realizations I gained from coaching made a lasting impression in my life, providing me with the guidance and direction needed in the years to follow. I highly recommend the investment of coaching with Erin as a tool for personal and professional growth.

There are so many great benefits of working with a coach. Here are just a few of the ones my clients have experienced.
- Greater clarity of vision and purpose – say goodbye to the days of chasing your tail or running in circles;
- More focus, energy & engagement – get more done in less time;
- More efficient & productive – picture yourself gliding through your days, taking focused and effective action;
- More time – for yourself and those most important to you;
- More confidence – because you know what you’re working towards and you know what to do to get there!
Is that what you want for yourself? It’s what I wish for you.
On a Personal Note...
I live in Reno, Nevada, with Dave, my husband of 23 years, and our two young-adult daughters. Life is really good right now. But it wasn’t always that way. I spent way too many years – in my 20s and early 30s – struggling to find my purpose, to understand who I was, and yearning to discover what I was put on this earth to do – oh, yes, and flogging myself for not having all the answers. I made many mistakes and often made things harder than necessary. But those mistakes, and the (often painful) growth and learning I experienced during that time, were the catalysts that led me to become a coach. As a result, I bring a wealth of coaching and life experience that allows me to better support clients in creating lives of intention, joy, and creativity.
I have been working with Erin for over 4 years and she has been very instrumental in helping me get back to my focus, remaining focused, and increasing my focus! I cannot recommend her enough. She is effective, flexible in her work style and in her identification of solutions for me as an individual. She has great follow-up, is resourceful, and is also just very kind and caring. Erin really helped me pull it together in my long march toward achieving tenure, but most importantly for me, the march back to focusing on my goals and my development as an academic and a scholar. Altogether, she is a woman who understands how to help you honor your own goals and cultivate your very best self; this, is priceless. I really encourage you to reach out to her and see how you will benefit from her coaching.
